I just wish to express a special thank you to the office and field staff for the great service I received last week.

I called your office on Monday, August 18, to request a minor repair on my wind damaged gutters.  Normally not an emergency, but this became one when a contractor with whom I had previously contacted for some work to be completed in September indicated he had an opening and could start work on Wednesday.  The gutters would need repaired before he started work.  Upon explaining my predicament to your office person she said she would try to work me in and have someone here the following morning.  At 8am two workmen from your company arrived, analyzed what needed to be done, and went right to work.  They were finished in less than an hour.

To receive this kind of professional, courteous, and prompt service is both a credit to your company and especially to the employees who make it happen.  I am sorry I cannot remember the names of the employees involved, but if they are an example for your company know that you are well represented.

Again, accept my thank you for a job well done.
